Concept is great. Expected the bag portion to be more durable. The material ripped after washing it one time. Would not recommend for the price.

Hi Kalena - Thanks for your honest feedback! We are so sorry to hear about the bag not holding up. The materials are actually not suited for washing and we'd instead advise to spot treat with warm water and a little soap. However, we want you to be happy, so we'll replace it and get you a new one.
