One of Public Threads signature programs is our Billboards to Bags program where we take your billboard vinyl, signs and banners then transform them into unique, one of a kind upcycled bags using your branded marketing materials.

So How Does This All Work
We'll need the following information to get started:
- Count all the banners/signs you want to be upcycled.
- Measure the basic dimensions of the banners or ask your designer for those dimensions.
- Are the standard straps and tags ok or are you looking to customize?
- How many bags do you need/want?
- Use the contact form below and include all the information requested along with any other questions you might have.
A couple quick notes on Timing & Payment:
Production schedules vary, so we will work with you to ensure we can design and make your bags on time. Please note that depending on the quantity of bags needed and the design or customizations, plan on around 3 - 4 weeks for production of a standard Banner Tote, or up to 8 weeks if designing a customized upcycled Tote or product. We require half of the cos we need t for the production run up front in order to start. The remaining balance is due upon pick up/delivery of products. If other arrangements need to be made, just let us know!
Units and Cost:
- 90 - 500 units: $14 ea
- 501+ units: $13 ea
- On average we can get 90 medium round totes out of one billboard

Tagging & Label Options
All products made by Public Thread come with a Public Thread tag sewn into it, as well as an informational hang tag about what Public Thread is our work in the community.
Customization
Co-Branding: We coordinate to have screen printed tags made with both the Public Thread logo and your logo and sewn into each bag during production.
Cost: $50 set up fee plus $2.20/sheet (typically get 40-45 tags/sheet)
Private Label: We coordinate to have screen printed tags made with your logo, event name or specialized saying and sewn into each bag during production.
